Comcast Came Clean (For Me)

So after creating this site, and contacting it works customer services two times, I finally got a call from one of the representative. He listened to my story, agreed that I was charged for something I wasn't supposed to get charged for and gave me a refund for all of the unnecessary expenses. Therefore I will not post anymore in relation to this issue.
